Unable to subscribe to the game. Cannot use early access code.

I ordered my copy of ESO of amazon as a digital during early access as I was unable to purchase the game directly off this site. The only access code I have been given is the early access code. For whatever reason using the early access code is not allowed to be registered. I have no physical copy coming to get another access code from.

    The early access code is just for the early access period, which has ended. You'll need to enter the actual game code which should be in the same, or a second email from Amazon.

    The early access is over with so the code is n longer valid.

    Go to amazon and the navigate to your account page.
    Then find the link for "Your Games and Software Library"

    I think somebody said they found their code there.

    Technically Amazon should have e-mailed it to you.

    Ok thank you that worked. But now I am unable to subscribe due to it saying I have an invalid address wich I had before. There are no special characters in my address that could be causing the problem.
