Thankfully I at least hadn't subbed yet. I was trying to sub and in that whole process discovered I was banned.

Customer service actually did contact me, but since no reason was listed upon the creation of the ban, they said they forwarded the issue on to the "High Elves" to take care of. Despite putting my inquiry in the "appeal a ban/suspension" section. Now approaching 80 hours later, no action taken whatsoever.

I have zero trust in this company to create a subscription with them once the issue is resolved, for the record.

Get ready for a bumpy ride and good luck! The frustration has only just begun...

You're basically implying the customer should be denied something they paid for out of his own stupidity. In an ideal world maybe, but it's definitely not the responsible thing to do..

And I changed my name. Both times. And the word antichrist is an ancient mid evil name. It's only offensive to religious people who truly don't understand the name. It's no worst then an in game quest where there is a husband that kills his wife and chopped her into pieces and if you attempt to eat the ingredients you vomit lol.

The game works great. No bugs, no issues. That I've seen on numerous TESO communities. I've had a great experience...... I understand things can happen. But a name is a name. Is a name. I've seen in game names like ***, kill Muslims. So on so forth. But whatever I just want to play again.

It does seem they are taking the zero tolerance policy. Which imo a permaban for name violation seems a bit much, but a temp ban maybe 48 hours seems reasonable to me... But then again if you go right back after the first name change and pick another extremely offensive name... well I dont know what to tell ya. Sure seems like you have no respect at all for their rules of their game(you do not actually own the game, you just buy rights to play it)

I cant understand why they banned u, because they over charged u? Or because you picked a bad name...?

Come on bro, grab a cup of coffee or a bowl of wheaties. This is not going well for you. And, frankly, that link also doesn't have anything that bans the use of a username like "antichrist." It's not hate speech. It's not vulgar or obscene. It does not defame, denigrate, or negatively describe anyone or anything.

So, to summarize you:

1. Insist this name is against the rules;
2. Refuse to accept that it is not when I post a link to the forum rules;
3. Post a link to the game rules (which do not dictate forum conduct);
4. Those in-game rules also do not forbid that username.

Let's just say this is baseball. I'm headed to first base.
