Optimal traits for Dual wielding for the Wrathstone patch?

With the nerf to enchantments on one handed weapons are infused still the best trait or are there better options now? which enchantments should I be using now?

If you are talking PvE, it looks like Nirn/Precise takes the cake for Wrathstone.

Excellent I picked up some relequin one handers and I wanted to know what to transmute them to.

Is it infused backbar on the bow still though?

So you didn't over penetrate with sharpened then, interesting, I know I overpenetrate was sharpened staves so I didn't consider it.

It was probably the Light Armour passive that made you overpenetrate, staves don't have (except the one that applies to staff abilities) a penetration passive.
