I've submitted numerous tickets, and received very poor responses, usually a day later. Most replys were copy and pasted responses, and some asking for my info. I responded to those with my info, and then I never get another response. One ticket received a response, and I was told my "issue has been escalated" but here I am still waiting, over two days since. I called customer support and ended up being hung up on "on accident." Its been 4 days, what is taking so long? This is ridiculous.
