North American Server: Is there a guild for Europeans or just off-hours, night-owl types?

Can anyone tip me off about the name or existence of such a guild? I can investigate further from there.
Experienced, mature adult mmo gamer here. Though American, I moved to Finland a few years ago. I prefer my relaxing/gaming time to be conducted in English with people who understand my humor, so I'm trying to stick to the NA server. However, others MMO experiences have shown the timezone difference to be crippling, as most prime-time events and participation take place around 3am for me.
Know of any guilds for people on the off-hours?

Marginis✭✭✭✭✭My RP guild, Magicka, has members on at all hours as far as I've seen. Magicka is a NA guild usually most active starting around what would be 6am going to maybe just before noon (your time) from my experience, but I personally don't play all day so I couldn't say for sure. Regardless, we don't tend to have any "planned" events at specific times, so there shouldn't be much issue with that. I also know that we have a few Europeans (and at least one Russian) with us, and I'm guessing their timezones might be more similar to Finland's, and it seems to work for them.
