Topics get closed but no response on missing bank items and broken main story?

Boyfriend has been waiting 4 days now for a response to his bank reset ticket. Additionally the Groundskeeper for army of meridia is completely non functional meaning that people are completely unable to progress into the new zones.

I fail to see how the staff have time to close forum threads but not respond to massively game breaking bugs like these.

I know you guys are overwhelmed and I understand that in the first week that things have no doubt been absolutely chaotic and I really don't want to have a complete nerd rage but honestly my patience is wearing extremely thin. Even a late night server restart may have helped with the quest at least but instead we have heard absolutely nothing.

All silence tells me is that you are hoping if you keep quiet long enough that we'll forget that our items are vanishing or that we can't progress our characters. Instead of even acknowledging how frustrating this must be for the players and how you are doing your damn best to fix it you are treating us like complete non entities. I want so much to love this game, and enjoy it and it's really dissapointing that the support and ignorance is tainting that so heavily.

I promise you silence is not golden. (P.S you may want to remove the bank tellers comments about how their banks never get robbed, because right now, they really are).

    I liked your bit about the silence. I don't see what's the harm in saying a quick "Thanks for the notice, we're working on it" or "Sorry for the inconvenience, we'll do what we can." The fact that they are overwhelmingly silent does not bode well for them.

    I know this is an old post but it proves I'm not crazy and this has all happened before. This exact thing, right down to the lack of customer service support is happening to me and many others on the Xbox One version of the game. They ignored me back then when it happened on the pc and are ignoring me again. It's been 3 days now since I've sent in multiple tickets for missing items from the bank and characters with no response. And now it's even happened on my girlfriends account as well missing bank items and an alt that was completely naked with all gear missing. Still no response, but they have plenty of mods on here editing negative comments and closing negative posts. Maybe they should let a few mods go and hire a few more game designers to fix their broken game.
