Its now been over 30 hours since I last heard back from support. Like many players I am unable to add a subscription. I would like to use time cards to pay for my future time in the game, however they are not on sale yet (none in 100km radius of where I live). Hence I am unable to play. This is my choice of payment method, I am well aware that a subscription was necessary to start playing this game when I bought it, however I was not expecting the time cards to not be sold simultaneously with the launch of the game, not to mention only 60 day time cards, this is sorta unacceptable since there will be month when I will not be able to play at all due to heavy load of work. I have sent back 2 emails already to my support ticket, if there is anyone here who can look into my issue please contact me.
