Invalid code message

I cannot get to the subscription plan page. When i enter the code i was provided with i get an invalid code error message. Until the 6th i was playing ESO with this code and after i cannot log in. Nor can i get to the subscription page because this error message. What do i do?

TalwrenSoul ShrivenWhen i go to redeem the code i was provided i get an error message saying INVALID CODE I need a new code or the email that contained my code to be resent. Until i get a working code i cannot setup a subscription plan. If this is not possible then i want my money back.0
