When I was invited to Beta I was given the username bruce.54b14_ESO. My game login was eventually shortened to bruce.54 but my forum login remains as shown above. I searched the forums and it appears that some can edit this in their profile screen, however mine is "grayed out" and will not allow me to change it. Is there anyway to get my forum login name shortened to the same one as my game login? If not, can it at least be changed to something less cumbersome to remember?

I emailed support and have gotten 4 emails over the last week advising me to respond if my issue isn't resolved. The "canned" replies are insulting and frankly are becoming a bit frustrating. If nothing else a reply from tech support telling me to go pound sand would at least tell me where I stand on the issue.
