I still can't log into my account. I have various error messages from ones that require my email to verify to ones that say the server is full and just to "wait 10 minutes" after three days of [snip] trying still nothing. The best part is trying to get a hold of customer service and explaining what I have done such as the firewall and what not they respond with the same thing as if they didn't even take the time to look at it. I didn't pay 100$ to sit here an wait at a lobby and do nothing this is ridiculous, if I can't log in tonight I want my damn money back. I'll just go back to WoW even though I really loved this game.
