What sort of download speeds should we be getting? (initial download/install)

I can download most things at up 6 mbp/s but the launcher is maxing out at like 80 kbp/s for me right now. Is that normal and I'm just being inpatient or is this an issue (on my end on yours?)
And, did my 30 days begin as soon as I signed up or when I actually start playing? Because at this rate it might be like 3 days before I can even get a character made.

✭✭✭I have a 100 mB/s connection and this happens to me too on occasion when installing games like this, im pretty sure its normal, unfortunately.0
