Tip: guards can't swim. In Vivec City, Vvardenfell there are guards who stand dangerously close to the water. And we have some abilities to push a target. Try that, it's fun.11. Attacking guards thinking they can kill them. Yeah nope they are like invulnerable, I haven't seen one get killed ever. They don't die, they kill you.

Guilty. In fact, it was just recently that took the auto repair addon off xD10. Wasting gold repairing gear. You get new gear all the time from quests, dungeons, world bosses etc. Unless you got end game gear at 160CP, don't bother repairing it. You will get new gear, save your gold.
Was in Vvard during the event, and a new person was asking how to join the Dark Brotherhood. Someone very kindly told them to attack a guard. I was the only person to whisper them how to actually join the DB xD11. Attacking guards thinking they can kill them. Yeah nope they are like invulnerable, I haven't seen one get killed ever. B-but, how else to get the 'Slaughtered' achiev..?13. Swimming in deep water. Don't do it, like ever. Right outside a city is fine, but more major rivers or lakes nope. The slaughterfish will get ya.
Level how you want. But, seriously, new people jumping straight to dolmens to get max level (not learning how to play) just so they can jump right into cyro or group content (not knowing how to play) PL'ing is PL'ing. I get it that questing is not for everyone, but don't be 'that guy'. Learn your class, please. PS: Personally, I think it's a huge waste of money to buy this game just for the PvP or the group dungeons, so when I see new people PL'ing to jump straight to, I tend to cringe reguardless.14. lvling things by doing quests instead of dolmen (but i have to say aslong as u do those quests for the first time thats allright unless u skip dialoge and stuff)
LOL, funny, I been doing that since beta xD42. Just enjoying the game without thinking too much about it.
Still do this now, I did stop for a while, but at max cp and for what I do in game, it doesn't really matter where I put them xDI think i'll put points equilally into Health, Stamina and Magicka so im ready for anything.
^I did that starting out. Have a laugh.
As others have said, pretty sure this happens to anyone who does daily writs on more than one char...Accidently steals items around guild traders
