Kinda amazed the OP didn't bother to link the notes he was talking about, but this kinda seems like a joke thread anyway so whatevs. For the record though, they are talking about these (mainly the racial carpet bombing):
PTS Patch Notes v4.3.0

Well, I guess Khajiit are now the de facto no-combat stealth race because Bosmer literally can’t be anymore
If it's any consolation, I did Thieves Guild and Dark Brotherhood on a slow Tanky ass Imperial DK tank without getting noticed. It wasn't easy, but possible. I've also ganked Stealthblades on a Redguard StamDK. Maybe they can buff stealth in Medium Armor?
That does nothing to address a stealth race having its stealth removed. Adding more into sets does not restore their stealthiness as a race.
What im saying is they'll likely have an option to get the passive(s) via another skill line. One that everyone can get.
And when will that be? A year? Two? What are Bosmer players who based their entire play style around stealth to do in the mean time? The main point that many have been trying to get across is that Bosmer are supposed to be stealthier that the other races. That's what they bring to the table, that's why they were chosen, that's why players like to play them and not just in ESO but throughout the series. Improving stealth for everyone does not solve this issue.
Bosmer were never stealthier than other races in this game. Their stealthy passive was used for for the damage increase while stealthed, mostly on a Nightblade, sometimes a Stamsorc for Overload ganking. That stealth radius passive is nothing on a Nightblade who already have stealth passives and the obvious cloak. You can spam cloak and double take and still thieve or murder without getting detected. It was not make or break. Lore wise it worked, but functionally, it wasn't anything special and any bonus was negligable. You can literally cloak into the hiding barrel infront of any enemy and you will not get detected.
Yes, they were. You could never ever reach a smaller stealth radius on an Imperial than you could on a Bosmer.
Stop bringing classes into this discussion about racial passives.
And furthermore, the biggest backlash from this change has never been about the increased damage from stealth. No one has been complaining about losing out on a bonus they could get elsewhere, that furthermore had little to no effect on PvE gameplay.
They could fix all of these complaints just by giving bosmer their 3m decreased radius back instead of a stealth detection that has zero use even in PvP. The dodge rolling passive is pointless in PvE, but at least it has some minuscule use in PvP.
People are rightfully pi**ed off that Bosmer lost all their stealth bonuses after being marketed as a stealthy race for, again, five years
You can get stealth radius from other sources as well. It's useless, you're never going to need that much stealth radius. Lore Wise it makes sense, but it's not as useful as youre making it out to be. I don't understand the stealth detection replacement. Class passives and skill line passives absolutely must be mentioned, they are why Bosmers current stealthy is redundant.

D0PAMINE, this is a garbage statement and you know it. I, like many people, rolled a Bosmer for the stealth bonus. I use it every day in PVE exclusively. I play a stealth race and a stealth class because that is the playstyle I like. Maybe YOU don't need it, but I DO. And to take away a key defining racial trait after five years that harmed no one is ludicrous.

So you're Bosmer is unable to do any stealth content without that stealthy passive? Really?

Let me ask you a better question - why do you care about this change so much that you think it's appropriate to tell people how they should feel about this change?
