Am I alone in my frustration with this update?

My experience with groups has been terrible. The groups I have been a part of have been toxic, to say the least. I will not run trials for that reason. I don't do dungeons unless I can solo them for the same reason, that so many ( if not most ) who do group content are insulting and toxic and take all the fun out of playing. The 2 dungeons coming with this update can't be done solo. So I am locked out of that part of the story. Which leaves me frustrated.
The race changes are for the most part pretty well done but with some glaring problems. The Wood elf stealth change and the useless High Elf spell recharge come to mind. Which leaves me frustrated. It's like the passives for both classes mentioned above, for example, are only good for pvp. Which is great for them I guess, but why just those 2 races? Take the best part of every race and make it a pvp only passive or just change the passives to something beneficial to everyone. Why destroy and punish just those 2 races with stupid pvp only passives?
ESO promises communication and then refuses to give it. They won't give their thoughts and their line of thinking so maybe we could understand why some of these changes are taking place. Take the Wood Elf passive. Its name implies hunting. But hunting requires you to be able to sneak up and/or hide from your prey so you can kill it. So exactly why was the sneaking passive bonus removed?
Between being locked out of the dungeons in this update because they are not able to be done solo and the race changes and lack of communication, I have started feeling very frustrated. I mean what exactly am I suppose to be looking forward to in this patch? Am I alone in feeling like this? What don't I understand? Seriously. No trolling intended. What am I not understanding or getting about this update? What exactly is there to look forward to?

Not enough to make this useful. Besides, I don't care for pvp at all either. I mean to each there own. But the passives should work everywhere, not just pvp.7 -

One sided balancing is not the way to balance a passive. They should be applicable in all content.
Much like the new Hunter's Eye passive for Bosmer, this passive does absolutely nothing in PvE content at all. Neither are worth wasting skill points on if you're sticking to PvE.
The stamina regen is laughable (and absolutely lore-breaking on an Altmer). Even in PvP, I'd rather have the marginal magic regen than marginal stam regen.13 -

Yes the game must be practically unplayable for everyone now with the MINISCULE changes to radials.

I didn't mention them only cause I've never played them and wouldn't know what I was talking about personally. But I never chose them ( before this update) because looking at the passives my question is, what are they good at? Stamina, redguard beats them. Magicka? high Elf beats them. Maximum lowest. In other words, if your magicka is 50k and your stamina is 10k it will only ever give you stamina no matter how low your magicka gets.1 -

The forums had far less outrage atfer the first patch. The parses were also much closer together. Every test after the first patch yielded more and more gaps in performance between races, and thus more reasons for players to be angry.Edited by MLGProPlayer on February 19, 2019 4:38PM6 -

Frostvault can be solo'ed, I did it last week. I can't speak about DoM though. I went with a magDK DPS and a very tanky set-up for the first boss, and stayed tanky pretty much for the rest of the dungeon. Took me nearly 2 hours, but just a heads up that it's doable, so you don't have to be locked out of that part of the story at least, should you not want to go in with a group.0
