@ZOS_GinaBruno Looks like they're going to be leaving Curse Eater as another set that nobody is ever going to run if they're capable of strategic / coherent thought.. After all the effort so many of us put in towards making that set a viable choice, it's really disappointing seeing how it turned out.

This is a good. Going back to how it was well before someone who { doesn't play PvP / has zero understanding of what PvP players think } decided on changes.

Does this also apply to the few other heal/buff procs that have no cooldown?
