It can be more nerfs across the board (statistically it is what's most likely to happen)
It can be more nerfs to races that were already nerfed.
It can more nerfs to races that were already nerfed and buffs to races that were already buffed.
It can be more buffs to races that were already buffed.
It can be perfect balance - just in case some miracle happens.
So far, the trend with patch notes concerning racials is just to go downhill, from 4.3.0 almost on point to 4.3.3 massive inbalance between the races again - some tests even show that the inbalance between optimal an non-optimal race is larger in 4.3.0 than it is on Live.
Let's just keep our fingers crossed but not hold our breath1 -

Only one that might have seena change was bosmer, but what they asked for was never going to come so they lost their chance to agree on a different racial identity. Altmer is top dog on a more than a few classes; getting something that benefited their main reason they are top dog was never going to happen and altmer tears created so much noise it overshadowed bosmer.

At least they nerfed the "Clockwork Control Panel Praxis" drop rate. I got like 7-8 last year.0 -

Meh. Don't want my personal opinion to overshadow any of the conversation, but I can understand users' complaints on some things. Like you, I've found the balance to be more or less pretty good. I don't necessarily agree with the khajiit nerf in totality, but it's not sky is falling (but, to be sure, dunmer shouldn't outclass khajiit in both mag and stam). Orc probably needs to lose about 1k dps because of their health and speed bonuses, but when we're splitting hairs at 1k, things are pretty solid in my opinion.
I'll not comment on the Altmer. Don't want to get hate mail. haha

✭✭Who knows?Updating the Destro staff passive would be ok on my Dunmer MagDk. I can make the other passives work I suppose. I unno just gonna wait for the final live version.
The tinkering with passives seems like a money grab (selling name change and race change any any alliance tokens). Fixing bugs and overall performance issues would make me happier personally.0
