I've been trying to call my account and play for 2 days. I'm a NET carrier client and more than 3 people that I know they use have the same problem. everything works except The Elder Scrolls Online. I'm from Santo André, Brazil. If it does not resolve between these days, I will cancel my ESO Plus because I can not get into the game.

Long story short: Brazilian internet providers Net Virtua and Vivo are having trouble reaching out ESO servers. ESO support has contacted them but wont tell us anything else0
