Non humanoid would be way to much work because of styles, animations and so on.But hmm how about more elves or honestly anything non humaniod. I think monkey would be popular.

Maormer, Reachmen, other Khajiit types as in Ohmes-raht are all option who are easy to implement.
Lore friendly as in Maormer is an race, other khajiit types has other racials. Reachmen is not technicaly an race but very different from Breton as we know them.

Minotaur. Who else thinks that would absolutely rule?

And that would actually be a possibility, since the lore has not one but two Simian races available - the ape-like Imga (which are curiously absent from Valenwood, likely hiding with Falinesti or something) and the monkey-like Tang Mo (over in Akavir).I think monkey would be popular.
Well, for that we would also need... a polearm skill line to get that spear thing going! (though for a maormer... would a trident not be more fitting?) Been there, imagined that:Monte_Cristo wrote: »Well, I keep wanting a spear wielding Sea Elf necromancer.
Naga from murkmire yes.Additional Argonians and additional Khajiit types would be great.
The other options could only work as cosmetics imo.
How about... pandas??
No, but seriously maomer. Please. I want to be a trashy pirate elf.

Wat Maormer don't live with Khajiit. They live on Pyandonea. I don't think Khajiit live on Pyandonea.
