What builds/classes use Maelstrom Inferno staff?

While farming vMA a sharpened Inferno staff dropped for me earliere today. Im wondering what classes and builds are using this weapon?

✭✭✭Just about all, you can make a case on Force Pulse builds to not use backbarred VMA staff and backbarring a 5pc like Moondancer and using Asylum staff, but those cases are limited, require good management and generally underperform in DPS anyways.0331
