So to get a concrete answer about the Khajiit Changes -

I notice many are saying the spread of bad info is going around.

So, correct me if I am wrong but the changes:

Are a general nerf to mag builds, albeit not huge.
Are roughly the same or a small buff/berf (less than 1%) on stam builds, depending on set up? a meta set of AY, Relequen, 2 daggers and proper raid buffs would make it a mild dps increase for stam?

Just trying to get some clarification.

Edit: ALSO.... wouldn't this is some ways stop Khajiit's from being so inconsistent in parsing?

From my calculations using solo setup on magblade, its a 1% net dps loss compared to 8% crit, if you add more buffs it scales up to 4%ish.

Also I tried moving my cp from elfborn (reduced 7% there) and dumped on more elemental expert, the difference reduced to less than 1% on solo setup.

I could actually see this making them more inconsistent in parsing. If their crits hit harder now, their DPS is more reliant than ever on getting crits. If they have 60% crit chance, and have a parse where luck gets them 70% criticals, those extra 10% critical hits are going to hit like a truck and make DPS look really good. Whereas if they have a bad luck parse and only get 50% crits, those lost 10% crits will hurt their DPS more than ever.

That mathematics dictate, however, that the crit damage bonus has a larger benefit to classes that do not already have a crit damage bonus. This would bring Khajit dks, wardens, and sorcerers a little more in line with Khajit nbs and templars.

While it's true that Khajit nbs and templars can also take advantage of this new change (with around 75% crit or so on a meta build), the other classes would be seeing the benefits sooner (around 60% crit or so).

Correct, as for the inconsistency point, yes and no. Usually parses are done on a 6mill dummy which eliminates variation in things like crit because of the duration.
