Yet another ban...

Hello Folks,

yesterday my Account got banned, too. I read the posts at this forum and on reddit and my problem seems to be similiar to theirs. I got banned for no reason and the support hasn't awnsered to my first support ticket in the last 24(maybe just 20) hours. Because i wasn't sure if my first ticket even arrived i decided to send another ticket 1 hour ago.

My Account was banned without any notification while i was online playing. My access on the webpage got denied, that means i wouldn't be able to cancel my subscription on my own.

Its hilarious that ZOS bans people that send gold to other players. I know that you want to stop the Botter Community, but this isn't the right way. Every Person that plays with friends should feir the loss of their accounts.

I hope that you can solve the issue because its ridicolous that a Game Company that just recieved 80€ from me banned my account after 8 days.

You need to wait til they reply, then contest it using the email address posted in the other thread. They have banned people in error while trying to block gold traders, basically.

if u used your credit card to buy your subscription, go to the credit card company and challenge the charge.

I hear you, brother. Don't expect much of a response (at first). The guy handling my ticket totally ignored my questions asking me to review their policies. Poor guy is probably swamped to his neck with tickets, copy-pasting for his life. Well, I hope you will get your issue resolved. If it makes you feel any better we are many in the same situation. If your account is in suspended mode or denied, then i highly doubt they will charge you on a subscription when the time rolls around.

You were obviously denied to the account on the website for security reason like hacked account.

So it looks like you are aware of bans for gold trading right now, but you mail gold away anyway? were you trying to get caught so you could come post this?

You don't seem to be happy that the DEV's are actively trying to kill off the bots and gold sellers/traders.
You seem to be less patient than the other kids on this forum, and it looks like you just want someone to light your torch while you join the pitchfork group who want to just burn it all.

I don't see why I shouldn't be allowed to just send all my money to whoever I want because they're trying to stop bots! The fact that the players who get banned / suspended don't receive ANYTHING saying why they actually got suspended is the biggest problem here. I do understand that trying to kill bots or gold sellers but if that imply banning random players, then I'd rather have nothing and just ignore the sellers.

I got banned yesterday and decided today to create a thread in the forum. Im aware of the current problem because i tried to gather information about my problem. At the time my account was banned i thought it would be totally okay to send gold to friends without getting flagged as goldseller. The reason why i posted this was because the support hasn't sent me any (not even a computer generated) message in the last 20-24 hours.

Definitely start a case over the charge because you should refuse payment when something like this happens. I'm absolutely terrified at the amount of cases I've seen like this. It's quite unbelievable. This game launch has been very questionable when the software itself is quality and wonderful the administration overseeing the use of it is plunging it into the depths.

Dear @Robert0 how about you specify your supposed ban reason?
Im 100% sure they didnt ban you for staying in middle of town square and singing songs.

It looks like you somehow forget to write about this.
Also answer this question (yes, they are necessary -im researching this cases)
How much gold you farmed (and spend) to ban day?
How much gold you transfer to other character, and how often?
How many hours you spend farming boses in dungeons?
