Game tells me i'm logging in from an unknown IP address

So I log out, get some tea, (5 minutes later) try to log back in and ESO tells me that I need to enter an email code to log in again, and that I'm logging in from an unknown IP address (I have never logged in on any other computer aside from this one yet). Does this mean that someone is trying to hack into my account? or is this some kind of bug?

Sihnfahl✭✭✭✭Not a problem if you're on a connection that uses DHCP.
If you have a fixed IP (use whatismyip today, then tomorrow), then there's a bug in their coding.0
