Army of Meridia fixed, now next step is bugged, seriously?

Cmon Zenimax.... Groundskeeper in Army of Meridia is working now, but the next step Crossing the Chasm is now bugged, you cannot close the East Portal.... not good enough, we've waited for more than 2 days to get past the first bug.

I love this game, but this is not good enough, GM's just say they cant flag you for anything, so are we supposed to wait another 2-3 days to get past this step?

You can flame all you like. For those of us who purchased early access and then became a vet a day or two after official launch, this has been a very long and trying issue for us. Yes, we paid for early access to be ahead of the swarms of people on launch. We completely threw that away when we could not progress to obtain veteran levels. To this day I have an issue with this quest line. Many of the players on my friends list have since gotten to veteran 2-5. These are not fast levels to grind and am now days behind the people I enjoy playing with.

The support has not been very good. I have no one I can call. I have exchanged half a dozen emails to get pre-canned responses that have nothing to do with what I submitted. I have submitted for a callback three days in a row with no call. I have been told I would be contacted by a GM and spent the entire day online in hopes of finally bypassing this issue. I too have cancelled my subscription due to the complete lack of individual support. I think they made a great game, but if you can't help the players, they won't stay.

If any players can offer support or advice the issue I have submitted is "Enter the Chapel of Light" does nothing. I enter and I can talk to every NPC inside and they only have the option of "Goodbye". I have reclogged within the Chapel, and outside of the Chapel. I have tried every possible door that leads into the Chapel. I have abandoned and faced the larger groundskeeper bug. I have abandoned on at least 20 occasions to reset the individual instance for this quest. I have abandoned and logged off for 15 or more minutes 3 times. 30 or more minutes 2 times.
