I'd create another ticket if I were you, they responded to my tickets within 24 hours or so. 5 days seems a bit much.

Here (in the Netherlands) it's not common to own a CC, and since the paypal option also requires it being linked to a CC, the only other option is to buy a gametime card. Meaning you'll have to actually spend another 15 dollars before you can access the 30 day's you've already bought.
Reading that U.S. customers can simply call a number and have a solution within minutes is also frustrating as there is no number to call when you're from the EU. I've been waiting for a response to my email and callback tickets for more than 24 hours now, which wouldn't be all that bad if it weren't for the fact that I have loads of time to spend on gaming this week, which I now can only spend on games that have completely lost my interest, due to TESO being so awesome!

Part of it is sort of a credit check: they want to make sure you aren't just using the service for free and have no intent to actually pay for it later.

You can use iDeal though, but if I recall correctly you need to be 16 or 18 to be able to use online banking (and thus iDeal). Otherwise, iDeal is instant payment, so there is that.
However, do note that you are FORCED to PAY for a SECOND MONTH if you use iDeal to be able to use your free 30 days. This is NOT a "holding" of funds for verification, but a permanent payment. It's not the same as with a credit card, no matter what plenty of credit card users on these forums may claim.
Something else that isn't being touched on is the fact that this game is rated MA, which means you are supposed to be over 17 to play. Requiring a credit card will discourage a lot of kids from playing, and those that do will need to get their parents permission (unless they steal the cards from their parents wallet - then they there should be consequences when mom and dad get the bill). They can buy cards too, I guess, but it still makes it harder. I have seen other games and more adult oriented sites use this as a purposeful check to keep the underage crowd out. Given that I like a mature group to play with, I think it is a worthwhile benefit. It also makes me wonder how many of the whiners are really kids trying to play an adult rated game?

If the status on the end of the email says unresolved means that they are still looking on your topic?
Cause finally i was able to talk to a CM and the last message had nothing to do with my email.
(Tho hes previous response he showed that he understood my problem and after i was going to provide my date of birth he was going to fix it).
