    Does anyone know the name of the person who thought up these changes? I would like to write them a letter and offer to pay for their medical evaluation and treatment. It honestly seems to me they have some serious condition affecting their cognition and reasoning. Would like to offer them aid if possible.

    Well guess I'll just use it for my new pvp setup 5k WD 3k recovery 40k max Stam and 20k penetration setup ;) Thank you ZOS

    Let me explain, those persons are ok, they simply don't play PVE and they don't play bosmers. For them it's vermin PVP-only stealth-abusing snipe-spamming race, so from their side increased penetration after roll-dodge looks like useful damage increase for snipe/nb-bow/poison arrow.

    Show your screen shot from PTS with those stats :D Ok, stamina maybe 38k, cause CP changes not working.

    I'll be posting the video on my YouTube page from PTS in a few days ;) hope you enjoy it and BTW getting high Stam on a woodelf is easy I can still hit 48k max Stam 3k recovery and 4.5k WD on my woodelf no problem

    My bosmer will get khajitoplasty. I think he will be feeling ok in new feline body. Just have to learn how to speak as a khajit.

    People are really overreacting to this, Bosmer are going to be as good if not better than they were before patch specially in PvE. They will get a base 258 stamina regen as opposed to 21% increase so in PvE that is so much better, in PvP should round up to the same value because it will scale with cp and other stamina % bonuses and also they will have movement speed and penetration on dodge roll so that is a nice addition to what they already had.

    I have 2 bosmer gonna keep one the same and change to other to khajit just because I want to be able to switch between stamina and magicka dd warden
