You are not afraid of swarm of bosmer stamplars in kagrenac's hope resing each other almost instantly in cyrodiil?
Devs are afraid for sure, so this is not a variant.
They’ll be decent aggressive PVP archers. I’ve been experimenting with a stamNB bosmer on live, and the roll dodge passives will only make it better. I’m running Spinners and Marksman, and only use stealth offensively (i.e. cloaking once before firing Relentless proc). No Snipe, because that’s a no-skill crutch. Dodge rolling into cloak will provide even more penetration for Relentless procs, and will synergize nicely with pre-existing bow speed buffs. Also, since bosmer have great sustain and Marksman is a decent sustain set, you can build for weapon damage (which is not always easy with bow builds).

You never seen any movies with archers using agility to quickly reposition/roll/dodge/jump or leap to gain an advantage over someone's weak spots or get a better shot at their armor gaps? The new racial actually makes a lot of sense for Bosmer as they're known for their acrobatic skills.

Let me tell you have to squeeze most dps from new penetration on roll-dodge passive. Don't use it.
yes officer, this comment right here..
Don't get it.
You don't want to.

Have you ever played s TES game where this ever happened? Are we led to believe that between TESO and the first game Bosmers FORGOT how to get a speed boost and armor pen on a roll?
Avengers movies aside most archers stand still and line up a devistating shot. Not roll around on the floor.
And bosmers rolling around on tree limbs makes no sense unless that leads to them also be learning how to take reduced damage from falling from a great height.
Being great acrobatics =\= rolling on the floor. In the case of a forest it would mean climbing, leaping, and swinging. In the olympics this translates to less like floor exercise and more like parallel/unparallel beams.

This sentence doesn’t really make sense, so I’m not entirely sure what you’re trying to say. Are you suggesting that I’m implying you’ll have to rely on the passive for decent DPS? If so, running Spriggans/Marksman/Domi/Kena on a stamNB bow build already nets a lot of DPS. You don’t have to “squeeze” DPS out of the roll dodge passive. What I’m saying is that it’ll give a nice little boost before bursting with Relentless.
