I would like to play, too much to ask?

Good morning everyone, I apologize for my English. This game is great but the service is horrible. Huge lag security service that does not send the email with the code, tragic server maintenance ... so two days that I try to play but I can not. Do something please.

Sorry, but Zenimax has been very clear -- you didn't pay to play the game. You paid for a license that allows you the privilege to subscribe to the game so that you can play it whenever it's available, you can collect items whenever they don't disappear from your inventory, and complete quests when they aren't bugged. You don't own the game, you know. It's all in the EULA. Characters, axes, swords, boots, quests, rings, and experience points remain property of Zenimax and may be deleted, destroyed, or eaten by a goat at Zenimax's sole discretion.

Zenimax is not responsible for their failure to deliver merchandise to Amazon on time. Zenimax is not responsible for your inventory going empty randomly. Zenimax is not responsible for their payment system barring many players who were promised access through game cards or other methods. Any and all promises to the contrary are for "entertainment purposes" only.

If not, it's pretty silly then that they have been doing their best to fix these issues and help individual people.

I do not know what to say, I understand all the difficulties they face, but the result is very frustrating

The result is very frustrating.....If ever a game has nearly made me throw my pc out of the window this is it. 5 days early access.....when you could get on. Been attempting to play this game for over a week now, however my evenings are spent staring at my character select screen and that infernal message 'requesting character load'.....

A week into the game and only lvl6 due to this.

Right now I have tried to access but the security system told me that my computer is not authorized, I entered the code but does not allow me to enter anyway. Enough, I'm tired, try again tomorrow

Customer service is paid to smooth out problems to keep people paying for that subscription. This does not mean that our purchase entitles us to, for example, a working bank in the game that doesn't randomly go empty of all our in-game items. Zenimax is making it clear that they are not obligated to fix those things, and they'll hedge on the solutions that cost them the least while still retaining the greatest number of subscribers.

Bethesda, sweetie, you need a divorce. Let this Zenimax guy go. He's ruining your relationships with all your friends, and that's a red flag for potential problems in the future.
