Magdk testing?

Console pleb here just wondering how magdk are doing? I know they dont have the dps that other classes have but i do enjoy the whole fire mage role. Which race is synergizes best with it?

✭On live I'm pulling 43k selfbuffed on 3mil with Dunmer.
On PTS due to laggy nature I'm pulling 38-40k with Altmer. Didn't test the Kitten yet. I know there are better magDKs around. Only thing to consider is the sustain. If you dont master the rotation, even if its simple, you will be missing mag even on 3 mil, 6 mil without heavies are out of question. You should be fine with orb support though.0
