By making these replies you are de facto bumping the thread, perhaps a private message to the one who has infringed the rules would allow the thread to drop out of sight?

On the other hand performance tonight on EU was awful. Forget about using your homes as a wayshrine, and load screens within delves. Change character - game drops out with check your internet warning (I have 80/80mbps tried tested and verified), login - placed in queue etc etc.
My NA account had better latency and as a result FPS than my EU account and I am in Norway.

Oh and xxxxx - it is nothing to do with my graphics card or need to repair or any other sxxx things you "suggest". Takk skal du ha.

Un playable on eu server tonight. In PvE as in PvP. 1 to 2 seconds on any skills.

You won't keep your EU customer base if you don't fix that ZoS.

    I have to say though...….

It's very funny when your skills don't fire, then all hit at once!!

My DPS has never been so high! B)

Seriously though, I've seen worse and worse performance since the "software update" on the EU Server!

Also and this is a really BIG thing for me...…. The only ZoS reaction I've seen to the threads on bad performance is a message not to bump threads!!

    ARE YOU JOKING??!!

I don't tag people often but @ZOS_GinaBruno @ZOS_JessicaFolsom please can we have some confirmation you are aware of the rapidly degrading performance on the PC-EU server!
    When people say to me........
"You're going to regret that in the morning"
I sleep until midday cos I'm a problem solver!

Guys, please elaborate on the start that you have "performance issues during prime time" (even better if you specify your time) next time you create such a tread. Or even better stick to the one and update it not with empty posts, but screen-shots, videos and any kind of information regarding the topic. There is lots of these threads lately, no sane person could keep up with each and any. It also rise these treads in the eyes of the mods.
Seriously, you should provide info from your side as much as you can, your PC build if you play on PC and such, proof that it can't be possibly your fault, because burden of proof falls to you every time you report a bug. Because until you will not do that, no one will listen. Maybe even better to move this kind of treads to troubleshooting too, they are getting lost too easily in general discussion.

I dont play on EU, but have read enough threads about problems on it that I had to give you an agree. Not holding my breathe that they do anything to fix it, but for all you who play on EU I hope they do.

Look, I have something new to contribute to this thread: It's a new day and the servers are still crappy.

@ZOS_RogerJ I realize this might be your job here, but messages like yours are a slap into the face of everyone who legitimately complains about poor server performance. If people felt like their voices were heard, they wouldn't post in such threads over and over. So please stop posting these condescending messages, thanks.

We need zos replies other than moderation

Refusal to do so just gets players angry by making them feeling ignored and disrespected

Still got very long loading screens and glitching !

How very like ZOS to ignore players concerns over performance YET obviously reads posts to determine
that some are "bumping" them and therefore breaking rules !!

    Kind of insulting really !

To be honest, I can't think of a better forum category to put in those threads than "General". As it stands, the server performance affects everyone, the general populace of the server.

ALso: I would agree with you to provide detailed information (screenshots, videos etc.), but only if it were a specific problem or bug. That's not the case here. Everyone experiences the horrible lag (most notably in Cyro), skill delay, disconnects etc. just by playing the game. Yesterday it literally took me 90 seconds to feel the lag (riding to a medium sized battle in Cyro) and not be able to use ANY skill for around 20 seconds.

Every single player in Cyro is affected by the performance, regardless of if they play on the NASA mainframe or a three-legged potato. It's pointless to provide details about anyone's PC. It is the servers, not the individual machines. 100%.

You really want a video of 10+ minutes delve loading screen?

And they know it as they have server logs (well they should have, if they dont....time to fire whole server crew)

As i mentioned in other thread, since i have a lot of time on my hands during these loading screens, i went on and cancelled my ESO+ during one of those loading screens...and still had time to watch some youtube before delve loaded.

How about that? Yeah, peak EU time server is broken.

It is true, since group finder and many other things work as intended during less crowded hours, but a proof that it is much as valid as it was for Undaunted event for example would be of help in my opinion. You can always record yourself playing, like, on a mobile phone, a short video displaying how bad game is during prime time. Someone can ignore words of a person, but no one can ignore solid proof.
Having a good PC myself I've never had much problems with games that hundreds of people called buggy mess, so I came to question this part first, and I'm sure I'm not alone with that.
If EU people will come together with things in their deference no one can question, rather than trying to do something in little castles that too far apart from each other, we sure will make a difference.

Don't worry, they have brought in new guys to work on performance across all platforms. ETA for improvements: "The latter half of this year."
So we only have to wait another 4+ months at best. (Unless someone wakes up and can see the the fire, since the ones in charge can't possibly have a sense of smell, because this has been smouldering for quite some time)

I have only been playing the game for a year, but I'm baffled that the game's performance seems to be getting worse over time. Usually games get better performance over time as bugs are fixed, code is optimised and all that jazz , this is partly the reason I don't jump on games at release anymore.
It really sucks that so little effort is being made to hold on to existing players, and that the focus seems to be: to bring in new blood to milk for a few months, until they figure out the performance of this game is absolute garbage.
I'm holding on to this game for the time being, simply because of how awesome and great it could be, my patience is growing very thin though.

    +1

The 3 things ZOS could do this year which would really improve my gaming experience are

    1. Sort out the Mac client so it actually works
    2. Address the many clear issues there are with Server performance across the breath of Tamriel (EU)
    3. Adopt a more proactive way of responding regularly to issues raise in the forums (having nothing new to say does not mean you should continue to say nothing)

I am glad ZOS feel that there were many things to celebrate about the game I love in 2018. However, they need to put in some significant work to address the long standing issues that remain.

    Thanks in advance.

Normally I would agree that a complaint should always be backed up by some kind of evidence. But for this issue we don't need any video: The entire zone chat in Cyro blows up every night ("Wtf is this lag" and similar) after the last "maintenance". Every player I know in Cyro tells me about the same problems. The miserable performance is evident to everyone who sets their foot in Cyro anywhere after 6 pm.

The burden of proof is NOT on the players this time. It's on ZOS to prove that they are actually aware of the new issues (which I'm 100% sure of) and that they are actually doing something to fix it.
