Do you want a return to Bleakrock?

I’ve said this many times. There’s so many wasted towns and cities in every zone. Turn them into housing and crafting places! The only NPCs are vendors and the inhabitants are players. I’d also love to see Camlorn rebuilt

This would actually be pretty neat. After finishing a town/village related quest and saving the day, there should be a new final version of these towns/village when you return. In this version, most of the town/village is restored and there are some options for player housing.

Bleackrock and Camlorn are two places I'd really like to see in a repaired/saved state. You wouldn't even need a quest to restore these villages as your character usually travels far and wide before he/she returns to these places (e.g. giving bleackrock villagers enough time to reclaim their home).

I am always in Grahtwood. Bleakrock wasn't all that wonderful. I'd rather them spend their time on new stuff.

how come you guys care about bleakrock so much.

I actually think a lot of places should be restored and made into areas where players can hang out/have homes after the quest. Like Northpoint in Rivenspire. However, most of those areas are at least somewhat accessible after the fact. Bleakrock isn't.

    Yes for Camlorn as well!

I really, really want this to happen.

I think it could be done. Some of the people you rescue on Bleakrock and later Bal Foyen end up in Kragenmoor. They say they are going to Mournhold I think, but you never see them again.

I'm curious. Since the Covenant attacked it and the Nord inhabitants fled would you have the Covenant holding and rebuilding it or has it been recovered by the Nords?

Bleakrock was my first hub when I started playing the game. It was where I learned about crafting, inventory management, gear, etc. etc. etc. I really liked that place. The quests were simple but challenging enough to a brand new player. The NPCs were interesting and memorable.

And then, following quest markers resulted in the death of many of them, and the destruction of the town. As a new player I was shocked and utterly disgusted with the 'Covenant' soldiers. I hated them to my very core. I despised every player who sided with the covenant, refusing to talk to them because they were all sick, violent monsters who killed innocent people AND their chickens just for fun.

When One Tamriel came, I felt very strongly about leaving the game. I could not and would not stomach seeing these 'people' walk around in my EP areas, and the same went for the Dominion dogs who killed those innocents in Shadowfen. I would literally feel disgusted at the sight of yellow and blue players casually sharing my breathing space while crafting and doing their business. In dungeons I would leave them dead for a while, not caring about wasting my soul gems in their pitiful carcasses. Then I realized some of them were actually nice and good players, and with time my feelings towards them eased. They were just misguided players who made a wrong decision during character creation. But I digress.

With consequent characters I'd avoid lighting that signal fire in the tower because that's what triggers the invasion. But for completion's sake I'd end up doing it and never again returning to the island because it would feel bad, knowing what would happen and I still allowed it to happen.

It is such a handy hub. Good times I spent there, when the game was all new to me. Let's make Bleakrock a healthy little town again!

Don't know how they would make it a non-instance return. Depending on how you chose to continue in Bal Foyen, half are dead or alive. I didn't finish the quest on toon 2-8 just so I can have the town operable in such a small space. But I finally decided to end it all for all toons once I got to Vvardenfell and found almost everything in the small area as well.

Blending the disciplines of the stealthy agent and subtle wizard, I move unseen and undetected, foil locks and traps, and teleport to safety when threatened, or strike like a viper from ambush. The College of Illusion hides me and fuddles or pacifies my opponents. The College of Mysticism detects my object, reflects and dispels enemy spells, and makes good my escape. The key to a nightblade's success is avoidance, by spell or by stealth; with these skills, all things are possible."

I played AD during the open beta of ESO, but planned to switch to EP at launch for no reason in particular.

I accidentally created a Templar instead of a Nightblade, so had to remake my character. When I did, I switched back to AD because the beaches of Khenarthi's Roost were so much better than the ice and snow of Bleakrock.

Regardless of this obvious bias, I dislike the idea because development resources are better spent on new content or refreshing older content that is a little more meaningful like Arenas.

This would be awesome actually and a nice way to add some new life to old zones etc

Although there wouldn’t be a transmute station as it’s exclusive the clockwork city dlc and wouldn’t make sense to add it to bleakrock, everything else is amazing

It might be a nice Faction tie-in.

If you are EP then you could lead the Dunmer (Nords suck  ) invasion of the island and rebuilding.

If you are DC then you could consolidate the (filthy) Covenant hold on the island and rebuild.

if you are AD then you could choose whether to side with the virtuous Pact heroes or filthy Covenant dogs.

Sure. One quest, if you complete it, the hostile soldiers are gone, and settlers move back. If ZOS wants to be fancy, make it a quest that you can get from different faction quest givers, so you can choose to help the Nords take the island back and re-settle it, or help the Covenant settle the island, as several have said above.

I'd be fine if they have it just revert back to normal after completing a specific amount of Ebonheart Pact quests. Don't need to add anything special or elaborate. It always did bug me how the Ebonheart introduction island becomes almost unusable after completing it but the other ones are just fine.

Would be fun to use Bleakrock an event island during Christmas.

DC has to set the buildings on fire, kill it's inhabitant and destroy stuff and earn coins doing it.
EP has to rebuild what DC is destroying and earn coins.
AD can watch and buy coins from guildtraders.
Coins can be used to buy Christmas event goodies.

Its beeb a long time since i did the original 5 faction zone quest the pact was the less horrible of the bunch the even attach the other less

    The covenent attacked
    Bleakrock
    Balfoyen
    Stonefall
There was a quest about a covenant party and nord tomb in eastmarch
They were in the public dongeon in the rift
The attacked a town in the north of auridon

    The dominion attacke
    shadowfen
    A watchtower west of glenumbra
(May be the pact not sure)

The pact took possesion of some ruin in auridon and its about that(and maybe that watchtower)

Its clear the victim is the pact
