Main Quest has disappeared...

As of the 1.0.2 patch I am missing the main quest from my journal and map on all of my 6 characters in all 3 factions. It is impossible to continue with the main story as it apparently doesn't exist anymore. At first I thought there might be a conflict with an add-on, so I disabled all add-ons and still no change. Then I uninstalled and reinstalled the entire game, and I still have no main quest on any of my characters.

This is clearly a game-breaking issue, and several other people in-game have confirmed that they are experiencing the same problem. I submitted a ticket for customer support to contact me over the phone, but it's been over 7 hours and I have not heard from anyone yet. So, I am posting this here in the hope that someone sees it.

What stage(s) of the main quest are you on? I had a quest disappear on me after a patch (not a main quest), but I went to the quest-giver and got it back. Being a main quest, I know you can't actually go to the quest giver, but maybe hovering around in a safe area will make the "projection" reappear again.

It does that, it should pop up again. For some time after finishing everything on Auridon on Aldmeri Dominion main quest disappeared entirely just to pop up as I reached Elden Root as the Prophet projection (graht-oak city in the middle of the Grahtwood region). Don't worry about it for now, it'll appear while you progress in the area you're in.

Edit: unless there is some other unintended issue, that's just what happened to me, also I should mention that was before the last patch.

This happened to me breifly. I didnt have it on my journal. Then randomly after a few relogs it just sorta appeared again. Hope you get it sorted out but if your not in a rush to do it i would say wait a bit see if comes back up for you like it did for me

I was at the stage of the quest where the Prophet is figuring out how to find Sai Sahan, and thankfully the quest/prophet did pop up again when I reached level 20, so it's all good. I guess it just threw me off how the quest completely disappeared from the journal, along with the Stonefalls zone quest that I had to find the NPC for again. Anyways, thanks for the replies guys, appreciate it ; )
