My Launcher exe is gone. Help please.
The other day I went to launch the game and windows said they couldn't find the launcher file. So I went into the launcher folder and the launcher exe is gone. I did not delete it. I was playing it, went to bed, woke up and it was gone.
I've contacted customer support and asked them where I can get a new launcher file, or if I need to reinstall the game and they said "We didn't delete it. Good luck in your investigation, hope to see you in game soon."
Can you believe that? I can't access the game because I can't patch it because I don't have a launcher.
Does anyone here know how I can get the launcher file back? Like a file to download or a way to force create it? Or do I need to download the whole game again. Please help.
My whole ESO experience thus far has been terrible. Between bugs keeping me from playing, to unhelpful replies from customer service over multiple issues.
Please help, I just want to play the game I paid for.

Hyperventilate✭✭✭I would imagine if you are unable to load the launcher you'd need to redownload. If you can get the launcher up, do a repair install. It should cross check the files you need vs. the files you have and redownload the exe.0 -

I can't get the launcher up at all. The executable file is completely gone from the launcher folder. Is there a way to force load the launcher without the exe? I can open the game from the game client, I just can't log in because I can't patch the game.
If I have to reinstall again I'll be really upset. This will be the fourth time. :<

Thanks. I thought it would reinstall the whole game and I don't have the bandwidth for that, but it just reinstalled the launcher for me. Thanks!
