I haven't checked many, but the ones I did didn't seem to have great prices, though I am despising the system in general, since it is really hard to figure out what is good and what is bad, at least on the PS4.

Like Juju_beans said, they are the cheapest to get and usually have deals. My social guild typically grabs one, and I also use a trading guild in Balmora. I find the Balmora one to be stocked nearly as well as the Mornhold cartel, but everything is a fraction of the price.

I have been looking for a couple of Briarhart rings and the ones I have seem are 30k to 235k I kid you not. There doesn't seem to be any kind of block on overpricing anything. That's why the game needs a real world AH.
RNG is not my friend in any game. Nothing ever found so far.
