My Boyfriend account got suspended please help

Hi this morning me and my boyfriend find out that his account was suspended but the reasons are unknown so here im to explain the possible issue!!
We played together in beta, in early access and at regular start.
Yesterday late night we reached lvl 42 and 44 and we compleated all the aldmeri dominion maps just some bugged quests left over, so we decided to buy the dark horse the 1 with more stamina XD, he wanted to get the horse for me cause i was little lower with gold and neded a full retrait as well so he traded the gold to me to help me!
Possibly that transaction was suspicious!!! But for nooooo reason gold was earned from us playing all the week and enjoying the game! i hope this post ll help to solve this issue as soon as possible cause now i can play and i feel guilty cause i accepted the trade of the gold for the horse!

Yshaar✭✭✭There is a similar case in reddit on this. I would call them. I think they are a bit strict on the gold sellers...2 -

✭Sadly on the face of it it could be he's a victim of Zenimax's over-zealous anti-RMT mechanics: mind you, if he was then the fact that you as the recipient (and thus if he's been flagged as a possible gold seller) should be flagged as a gold buyer and if you weren't then it would imply Zenimax aren't gonig after the buyers which would be bad.
However, clearly neither you nor he are RMT so I really hope it gets sorted out quickly, but to do that he'll need to open a CS ticket, I don't see anyone from Zenimax round here will be able to assist with this sort of problem.0 -

Hyperventilate✭✭✭I haven't heard anything official but I can definitely see how "large" amounts of money transferring hands would be suspicious, especially with the current RMT issues going on right now.
Hopefully this is just a hiccup and will be easily reversed.1 -

They cannot come out and say "This guy bought gold we have undeniable proof here it is.". So we only get to hear one side. This is why most sites dont allow you to post about actions taken against your account.0 -
growlar✭i have been banned to for what i think is a similar case i had a lv 15 with only 6k on it i made a new char with the same faction as the rest of my guild i pit the gold in the bank and at lv 7 of the new char i collected it with 30 mins of doing so i got kicked and suspended. i made a ticket got a reply 12 hours later saying i was permanently banned. still waiting for a reply from them. i have asked them to prove i brought gold.0

Heishi✭✭✭✭✭I was reading over this and wasn't going to really contribute, but I thought of something that might help. I do this same kind of thing with my wife. We usually try to both trade something in the same transaction though. Which got me thinking, maybe if you were to add some items when transferring to each other, it would help keep from inappropriately setting off the flags.And so did many brave men, women, and beast fall to the end of Beta, never to be heard from again. All that is left, is whispers of the adventures they had.2 -

Hyperventilate✭✭✭Please do not have unrelated people send tickets. More tickets = heavier load on support. If you are not directly involved with an incident, don't send tickets on someone else's behalf. You'll slow down the entire process for you, and everybody else while staff has to weed through, "I swear he's not an RMTer!" ticket vouches.Fortunatly other guildies as well are sending tikkets to explain the situation and i hope this ll get sorted soon! Eris✭✭✭✭It seems to me that if you are banned for a violation of the terms of service, they should at least tell you what you violated not just an arbitrary statement that you violated the terms of service. Just me.
Also, perhaps not blessings of the moons when sending you're banned for life. Maybe a curses of fenric or something.
