Hmm, now that I think about it, Nocturnal taking revenge on the players who tried to beat her would explain an awful lot about #Nerfmire too...

"We felt that High Elf had too much damage, so we replaced the +2000 max magicka with +2000 max stamina. The +258 spell damage has been changed to 500 health. We believe this is more in line with the spirit of the race"
