I run snb magblade and I have to say, it’s fun as heck. People get confused when they see an argonian running at them and then teleporting away with the shade. It’s quite effective against magsorcs and other nbs..not so good against magdks but that could just be a matter of slotting immovable pots to prevent the stun.
My low level stamblade runs snb in bgs as well. IMO it pairs well with dw. I found my snb to be more of my buff/gap close bar with dw to be my damage bar but they both work nicely. Just gap close into heroic slash and then unload on them with twin slashes surprise attack spam. I feel as though it would be better to be a stamblade against a magdk rather than a magblade...(flappity flaps everywhere)
There are people that do run it effectively though..this one time In cyro I saw a stamblade running snb/2h and he still hit like a truck.
