Long ago I made a thread lobbying for changes to Red Diamond to give Imperials some fun factor, and now that we're getting an update I thought it could be time to revisit that idea.
The Imperial diamond emblem has four sides, ergo Red Diamond should interact with the four resource types in ESO. Don't go generic! Go big and go fun! Make these mechanics stronger than other types of resource restore with some conditionality but also predictability.
Here's the idea:
Red Diamond
Reduces the cost of blocking by 5%. After successfully blocking an attack, restore 500 health. 5 second cooldown.
Critical strikes with weapon attacks restore 500 stamina. 5 second cooldown.
When you receive critical healing, restore 500 magicka. 5 second cooldown.
When you fall below 50% health, gain 1 ultimate. 5 second cooldown.
