"Invalid Address" in billing info - Can't enter subscription method
Last week when I attempted to Pre-order via the ESO website it wouldn't accept my address in any variation (no characters/symbols etc.) So I contacted tech support by phone and ended up with the suggestion to buy via separate retailer (Amazon).
Worked fine through amazon, and now when entering the game code to apply for subscription it requires my billing address again. Now I'm receiving the same issue. "invalid billing address". I can't use a bogus address because it's linked to my credit card and will not accept anything else.
Is there anywhere to purchase a game card through another site? I cannot find one on Amazon. Extremely frustrating.
Tried google chrome - tried internet explorer. Same problem.

Mission✭✭✭Have had the same issue, going on 54 hours now with no help. so good luck with that one, all they will do is send you generic tips, that dont do anything, I'm pretty sure its their website not linking city with zip code properly for some areas.0

Mission✭✭✭Only way around it is if you arent using a credit card. If you are using a game time card you can put in a different address, but for credit cards you address needs to match whats registered to your card.0

Yep, thanks. I tried my old address which works just fine, but that doesn't help because my credit cards are linked to my new address. Is there a different online retailer you know of that offers game time cards? I really don't feel like driving to a damn store to purchase monthly time.0

Mission✭✭✭amazon offers them i think, but you would have to wait on shipping still, and i think it only has the option for 2 months not 10

Well that's bogus. I'd imagine customer support is absolutely flooded with a phone queue currently. In your other thread I see they are aware of the issue?0

Mission✭✭✭Well my issue was escalated, but i can't get any real contact after the post in my other thread from the forum support, I just keep getting generic emails that tell me the same thing
