Lolwut... Negative Crown balance

Can I get some speedy attention to a support ticket I made somehow?

I seem to suddenly have a negative Crown balance of -905 Crowns. I don't know why, I don't know how. I should have around 20k at least. I want to buy stuff, and I sure as hell ain't going to buy more crowns with the risk of losing them like that….. And I don't want to wait 3 days for a response from support either.

Before, you could only purchase crowns to buy things that you wanted; now, you can purchase debt which gives you absolutely nothing and forces you to buy even more crowns to get out of that debt!"

Well it's not a real currency so at least there's nothing bad that could happen by having a negative value in the account? Idk that is weird though.

They can lock you out of your account until you add more.

I might be wrong, but I think I read something similar here before. IIRC it was related to an add on. Try disabling your add ons and see if it's still a negative balance.

Speed - verb - move quickly.
Attention - noun - notice taken of someone or something; the regarding of someone or something as interesting or important.
Support - verb - give assistance to.

This has been solved btw, and I must say faster than what I'm used to from support. A reason was not given, just a notice that 'before this happened there was 21545 crowns in my account, so they added xxxxx to get me that balance back'.

But surely, as I was sitting on 100k crowns at the beginning of the year and basicly only glance at my balance every now and then, I guess I will have to pay more attention as to what goes on there in the future.

What a shock that a Crown store issue is resolved within 24 hours. If only they had this response time with everything else in the game. The last half a decade could have been very different. The game would have been the crown jewel, the feather in their cap, a game everyone would recommend. Instead of 'oh ESO? nah it's broken'.

Dizzying Swing and Jabs being broken for the first 3 weeks of this patch.

If we take PvE->Time Trials section as an example:
- 21/5/14 - Aetherian Archive - The Mage - Being hit by a mini-mage spawn sends you hurtling through space.
- 21/5/18 - Cloudrest - Z'Maja - Shadow of the Fallen invisible or missing.

Their first Trial and most current Time Trial both share the same problem excatly 4 years apart. Once a Time Trial leaves the PTS, any bugs that still exist after the first week on live persist until the Sun consumes the Earth in 7 billion years.
