[BUG] Tri Focus passive PvP - lighting staff

The damage from the passive is reduced twice.
First is reduced for the main heavy attack and then it is reduced when it is calculated for the passive.

    But what it the point to be double mitigated by battle spirit? They fixed most of the skills that were double reduced by battle spirit.

    It looks like that this bug will be fixed next patch. Better later than never.
