    Yea. Some explanation would be nice, but that cant be really given until things are really fixed.. At this point all they can say is that they are working on it.. Any assumptions on time or cause would just make people more on edge if things turn out differently.. Exept if things get fixed faster than was anticipated in which case, nobody says nothing. No thanks or anything.

    I have been doing similar work for years i assume they are currently doing, and i just feel for them since whoever the customers are, they are always entitled to getting things fixed in a heartbeat and not willing to have downtime as much as really is needed.

    After all its just a game and most of us are able to do something more productive in the meantime when server is not working. I know that if i just keep bashing my password to the pw field and try to login here, i will get frustrated and angry too so i just dont do it. Besides everyone trying to login will just result in unnecessary network load in the time when you cant login.. Keep a litle more time between retries like half of hour por so.

    I will never buy anything from this company again... Just too many problems not getting any attention. I lost trust in Zenimax and from now on won't continue to support them.

    True enough. I wound't mind if they put the servers offline for a whole week, if that would solve the issue entirely. So long as they actually keep us informed and it actually works.

    Why would they? They haven't now, they know nobody is going to leave. So as long as people don't leave, they will still be on the servers playing to show other people the game is not dead and then they will keep buying if others don't.

    So why bother? After all, if the people are still playing while complaining about lag, nobody is really going to quit and give up on what they worked for and time invested in the game. So Zenimax knows, nobody is quitting.

    Can you please discuss internally if there's the option of using another service provider for servers? I mean look at other games, with massive floods of people - there aren't issues as frequent as this.

    Difficulty scaling is desperately needed. 9 years. 6 paid expansions. 25 DLCs. 41 game changing updates including A Realm Reborn-tier overhaul of the game including a permanent CP160 gear cap and ridiculous power creep thereafter. I'm sick and tired of hearing about Cadwell Silver&Gold as a "you think you do but you don't"-tier deflection to any criticism regarding the lack of overland difficulty in the game.

    Said it before and I'll say it again. Fix issues or lose a lot of angry customers. Most of us are sick of being told nothing about what's going on, we're not getting our money's worth, we're not being informed, we're getting fobbed off with excuses and told we have to spend another couple of hours waiting to play a game we paid for.

    The difference is that in USA they can be sued, a right Europeans seldom if never think about, if people started to do as the Americans they would probably take care of things in way better manner.

    For all of you asking for a compensation.. they don't owe us something but some more transparency about why Eu has always problems with launcher freezing/login errors/longer maintenances/fixes not working after long maintenance wouldn't be bad.

    How old are yer server? I mean I have a 15-year-old computer and it doesn't take 30 minutes to reboot it.
