If I get a passive from other skill trees / weapon trees, like (restore XX% of magica etc,) will that carry out regardless of my set-up?
or do i have to use the weapon to use the passive?

Denssor✭✭You get the passive bonus no matter what. However, many passive skills rely on another part of that skill tree (eg. gain 2% health regen per "skill line" skill sloted). So, just be on the look out for those specific passives.Edited by Denssor on April 6, 2014 6:56AM0 -

✭✭✭✭There is a block of white text in the mouse over tool tip that will let you know the passive requirements. If there is no white text, or hot bar requirement.. like in the passive "Scaled Armor" - from the draconic power line... then it works globally.Edited by Armitas on April 7, 2014 4:12PMRetired.
