Stam Warden & Magicka skill choices

Any mag skills that I should avoid investing in as a stam Warden that doesn't scale in the Winter Embrace & Green Balance skill lines? I plan full points in stam attribute spending for now. Im around 450cp with a stamdk & magblade. Just unsure on a Stamden

My plan was to lvl 2H, Bow, DW, maybe S&B as I progress.

Anyone? Guess my wording is terrible. Are there any Magic based skills to avoid under the Winter Embrace & Green Balance skill lines? I know being a stam dps based class certain mag skills dont scale as well

Can only speak from the PVE perspective -

for damage and healing, if it costs stam it scales with stam, if it costs magicka it scales with magicka, in just about every scenario.

So really under green balance the soothing spores morph of fungal growth is the only stam variant in the entire tree but you're also better off probably just using vigor as a heal instead of that skill, i think it does more healing.

Only other skill in that tree i could suggest is the green lotus morph of lotus flower as it gives major savagery for increased crit chance; even though it costs magicka, the amount of the buff it give is the same regardless of your resources since it's a named buff with a flat value. You'll probably be getting this for pots though so it isn't really worth slotting since the healing portion of it will be fairly low - could be good for soloing stuff when you want the crit bonus but don't want to be wasting pots and could use the maintenance healing.

Winter's Embrace is sort of the same story - not much of use here for a stamina character. You'll want to grab frost cloak/ice fortress morph since they are flat buffs regardless of resource.

Those are the only three skills I could see some very situational use for as a stam warden in pve.

Also, as a follow-up, note that the "Maturation" passive of green balance applies to any healing you do and isn't restricted to green balance. The healing you do from your "Bond With Nature" passive from Animal Companions will keep that up anyways.

I don't think I have any GB skills unlocked on my PVE stamden, and only ice fortress for situational things from winter's embrace. Of those two trees, Icy Aura and Maturation are really the only passives worth the points.

    (again for pve)

For winters embrace: I think winters revenge is the only skill that is scaled by spell damage and max magicka. Most of the others scale by max health (since this is the tanking line) but don't do much damage. Use skills here for buffs/debuffs.
For green balance, besides spores, green lotus heals I believe scale with either resource. Leeching vines, the primary heal scales on magicka but the minor lifesteal is resource independent. Healing seed and nature's grasp I believe only scale healing to spell damage and magicka, although you could still find a use for corrupting pollen in pvp for the defile only.
