Can't login information incorrect?

I Was questing, I had just hit lvl 46. I logged out to eat and then tried to log in 10 to 15 minutes later. And now it says information incorrect everytime? help please

    Lol this is as important as it gets. Zenimax taking away 30 days of free game time? and charging you 15$ for something you've already payed for ? sort your priorities out buddy it's obvious you lost it

    They are not charging you, it is only a pre-auth. the money will be released after a couple days depending on how long your card issuer has it setup for.

    Log into account.elderscrollsonline.com and make sure your subscription is set up.
