Hello. I buyed Digital Imperial edition and now i need to: Select your subscription plan. It is required in order to play. I suppose it must be a code that i must activete my 30 days but i cant find out where is it( i tryed code from billing history ion off site but its going red). I buyed the game on official site and in acc window it says i have 30 days remaining but i still cant play. plz hlp.

ToBbErT✭✭You will need a subscription to play. They forcing you to subscribe before using your 30 days playtime.
You can pay 1 month subscription with a creditcard. This money will get refunded and your 30 will be available. If you dont have a CC your basicly screwed and you need to buy a extra month subscription on top of what you already paid.
Let the rage begin.
And another thing i should add is you can contact customer support to get your 30 days unlocked if you dont have a CC. The problem atm is there's no way to get in touch with them becouse they get flooded with mail.Edited by ToBbErT on April 8, 2014 9:05AM0 -
muxa63cub18_ESOSoul ShrivenHmmm when i selecting a plan there is 2 choises 1 CrCard 2 Code. I used my Visa to buy a game. Now i using my Visa to choose like a subs plan but now its not accepting it or something else. And its looks like there is no money than why i must buy something if i allready have 30days ?

All players are required to set up and choose a subscription plan starting on Sunday, April 6th.
The 30 days of free game time are granted to all players who fill out their billing information and select a subscription plan.

It doesnt tell i need to pay for a subscription does it? It only states that i need to select a preferred subscription method to activate my 30 days. It doesnt mention anthing about paying. It should simply let me choose timecard and unlock the 30 days for me but i got to pay 1 month in advance to get it.
This whole situation is getting ridiculous and zenimax ignoring the mess makes it even worse. We are loyal fans ffs and this is the thanks we get?0 -
Rhoric✭✭✭✭✭Do you have enough on your card cause what will happen is a pre-auth will happen on your card for the amount you are trying to set up for your subscription. So you need to make sure you have enough to cover the amount.0 -

almsi✭It probably means you don't have enough funds. It happend to me, i wanted to select the 180 days subscription plan, and they wanted to put a hold on the whole 66 euro sum. Got the transaction was not authorized message. I wrote a ticket to support to get the 30 days access yesterday morning. In the evening i got a reply that "Molag Bal has corrupted the pre-authorization process to delay his destined doom". Something like "haha you got screwd by Molag Bal and you won't be able to play, haha, go read the forums 'cause we won't help you unless you pay more".
I've sent a reply and am still waiting to see how long they'll keep up with the jokes. If i'm not in game playing in a few hours i'll ask for the refund on my Imperial Edition. And i'll not be the only one. Can't stand to be mocked by people who got money from me.0 -

Isn't gametime cards an option? What happens if you choose that? Does it let you continue on your merry way? Or does it require a gametime code? If the latter, then the system is broken. There is no way you can provide a gametime card without paying for it.1
