How much do you think the US customers are bothered by that from 1-10 where 1 is zilch and 10 is furious? Until that day comes they do a maintenance routine which fits the EU customers, and therefore interferes with their preferred customer base (US) my statement is we EU players are the second rate customers.

Since we clearly have a Comms issue with the English EU community which can be seen by the multiple threads and complaints, could you guys please appoint someone on EU time to at least speak to us? The only updates we have had so far have been from Twitter & a re-post from the German forum.

I can't log out on one of my characters, I click the option and nothing happens. I had to alt f4 and then re-enter the game, and now my loading screens are longer than before.

Update: Now I crashed, can't connect to game server thing.

Kamira or something, she is in the new expansion, they mentioned her name a hundred times during the stream but for some reason im unsure.

LOL now thats a great start, 2 mins of Requesting character load... then went in the game and needed to relog, i get 1 min where NPC, players and every thing just stands there before i get to char selection again, and then again around 1 min for the Request, i just do not get it, do they have people approving every time we want to load a damn char, and thats why it takes so long?

hmm, had 3 of those "please make sure you have valid internet connection" trying to login 3 times.... Finally im in. Trying to post some things in guild store takes ages.... the lovely little blue circle spins for 30 seconds for each item posted, can't post next item before the current one is done ... yrgh.

I would actually prefer to play there. It works much better. Sadly all my accountwide costumes and stuff like that are not account wide so i cant have them on US server.
