STUCK ON THE SUBSCRIPTION PLAN PAGE

So I've diligently entered my collector's edition game code, and the browser directs me to choose a payment option.
I would like to choose game time card once I realize that I can't even register the purchase or the code until I enter a game time code.
I never use a CC to pay for MMOs since it's a really bad idea when many games make it hard to cancel subscriptions that way and getting auto-charged for a game you no-longer play is the worst. Pay-pal is no different. I've been burned twice, once by SOE with my CC when playing Planetside, and by Atari with Champions.
So I learned my lesson. I buy time cards only.
So I call EVERY retailer in my area, ebgames, bestbuy, futureshop, wallmart.
NO ONE HAS ANY TIME CARDS. What's worse, none of the retailers have any idea when they will be getting the cards in. Maybe next week, maybe in 2 weeks maybe at the end of the month.
So what will happen to that code I entered if I navigate away from that page or close my browser? Eventually it will just refresh on its own.
Will I lose that code? Will it get lost in the aether? Will the server mark it as used and when the game cards eventually come in will I be able to re-enter that code?
My guess is no. I started the process so I have to finish it.

Fix this now, or everyone who is complaining on these forums will simply flood redit, facebook, youtube, twitch, twitter and every other social media site with complaints of your blatant theft and lying.
You stated on your own press releases that game cards would be available from the 4th. Well tomorrow is the 7th and myself and countless others are left up sh_t creek without a Mudcrab to keep us company.

I am in the exact same boat! Its one issue after another, I know launches are bad (which is absolutely no excuse) but this is a tad ridiculous. I love the game at the times I can play, but I was promised that I could use time cards to play.
That agreement has been broken so I feel I should be compensated in some. And I just simply want access to the game I paid for. I am sure game cards with be available soon, but as of right now, I should be able to freaking play1 -

Just like everyone else I got the same lame copy pasted response from their "real humans". Felt more like a response from a real dwemer construct.
So glad I have this 12 inch statue to play with...0 -
the next best way for you i think is to get a prepaid cc. if you dont want to renew a sub, you just dont put any money on it before the sub renew date. and once the cards are available you can use those instead0

RORYREVOLUTIONSoul ShrivenI feel your pain buddy, I'm in the exact same boat. Prepaid cards apparently don't even work, even if you have the full amount in it to have them charge you.
They are really screwing us over on this.
All I want to do is play the game and each day that goes by that I can't, makes me more and more frustrated with it.0
