Just FYI, I was able to get Icy Conjuror to proc nicely on Minor Mangle from the Pulsar skill (Destruction Staff).

The main issue, though, is putting Pulsar on your skill bar on any meaningful ice build ... even PvE tank.

I would strongly recommend others test it on PTS, as I have used it there and it seems to be extremely overwhelming, and that is with one player using it against another (compared to 2 using against one, etc.).

I like the set a lot. The problem is, if they nerf the set, it becomes underwhelming in PvE. I wouldn't mind if they extended the duration to 6 or 8s but kept the damage the same. But nerfing the damage at all will immediately send it to the garbage heap.

Because reflect is a broken mechanic, and we need more counters to it.

Do you mean:
Every melee ability ever. (The majority of the abilities in the game)
Every dot tick.
Every ranged ability classed as beam. Pulse, jesus beam.
Every ranged ability classed as on target.
Every ranged ability with some weird pet mechanic (i.e. bird, and pet attacks, ballista wraith in question)
Every ranged ability classed as AOE.
Every ability beyond the count of "4 projectiles"
Sloads for some reason.

Literally only the AoE ones affect cloak. And hell, not even all of them, valkyn is cloakable, despite being a pure AoE. Yeah its a hard counter to like 2 builds. But outside of that it is a broken mechanic in that it is *** useless and you spergs like dribbling on about it.

Set is broken OP. I was running it on a *** build with no magicka or spell power and no self healing and was almost getting carried by it lol
