I feel like on a test environment we should be granted all waypoints, levels, skills etc. to test them.
I just made a toon and I'm lv. 1 with nothing uncovered. This doesn't exactly allow me to quickly jump into testing new skills, content and so on.

You have to set it to the new template by clicking on the dropdown menu at the top left of character creation.Since everyone seems to be doing this,
