In general they do. Any mobs in specific you noticed this on?
They get disoriented if interrupted with crunching shock or similar.I've been having this happen for a while myself. No normal (ie not boss) mobs seem to get off-balance when I interrupt their heavy attacks. I've noticed one mob that does, and that's Lady Llarel (Lady Llarel's Shelter in Deshaan). She (it? lol) does get interrupted and stuff, but trash mobs shrug it off and keep a-comin'.
I seem to be getting to the full table on this matter. In majority, they dont seem to get any reaction from either block or interrupt. Very rarely the be knocked back for a fraction of a second or get a brief swirl over their head, but they always just keep coming.
I have been loving to get advantage of this in every time i played. First block them to confusion, then hit them back with HA and put them down for a moment. No longer happening. Sad
Venom Arrow, did not know it was an int interrupt, interesting.@zaria
I was using the morph of Poison Arrow that hecks up casting enemies, hehe. I can't remember the name of it. This is what I'm experiencing to a 't'. I grind experience along the coast near Wayrest where all those Midnight Union mobs are, because they respawn hella quick and it's usually pretty quiet (there's also enough of them to go around so even if a few people are grinding there, you're all usually spread out far enough that you aren't leeching one another's exp). The 2H users REALLY like their Wrecking Blow and their HA and when I block those, they'll get a swirl over their heads for perhaps a second, if that, but they'll still be mobile and attacking when when that swirl is present.
Perhaps it's time to take this to the Bugs section?

Note that all enemies will not show an off balance animation, but humanoids should do.
Some abilities will knock enemies over or knock them back, this will not work on bosses so are mostly seen as PvP skills, nice to knock someone off an keep wall, if not at full health the damage+ fall damage can easy kill you
